• Tender are invited for Procurement of different types of relay for System Protection & Metering Circle (SPMC), PGCB.

  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a)General Experience:1) For Supplier : Five (05) years- experience in the Supply of Electrical Goods/Equipment. In this connection, certificates for supply of those equipment shall have to be submitted by the bidders. 2) For Manufacturer: Ten (10) years of production record for similar types of relays. In this connection, supply record in manufacturer-s letter head pad for similar types of relays have to be submitted, mentioning the contract references, delivery date etc. b)Specific Experience:1) The satisfactory completion of supply for 11KV or higher voltage system of protective equipment/relays/testing equipment/energy meter and related services of minimum BDT 8,50,00,000.00 ( Taka Eight crore Fifty Lac) under maximum two (02) contracts in Govt/Semi govt/ Autonomous/Public limited electricity company of Bangladesh in the last five (05) of years (each contract not less than BDT 3 crore). c) Production Capacity/ Supply Record of manufacturer:1) The minimum supply record of manufacturer for similar types of protective relays, Line Distance Protection relay: 70 (Seventy) nos, Line Differential Protection relay: 6 ( six) Nos, Transformer Differential Protection Relay: 40( Forty) Nos, Over current & Earth Fault Protection relay: 80 (eighty) nos, Trip lockout relay 110V: 15 (fifteen) nos, Trip lockout relay 220V: 5 (five) nos in the last five (05) years. Also, the manufacturer shall have a supply record of each offered type of relay in employeer's existing network in the last 5 years. 2) Manufacturer shall submit at least three (03) years performance...
