  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.2. The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier may be 3 (Three) years.3. Tenderer must have up to date Income tax clearance certificate, Trade license, VAT certificate, Bank solvency certificate.4. Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) completed similar supply in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 5,00,000 (Five Lac) for during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500,000.00 (Five Lac).6. Technical Specification must be clearly mentioned itemwise on Technical Specification form, only mentioning as per TDS/ PCC/Schedule is not enough, that will be considerd as inelligibility of the Tenderer.7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents.
