Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer have to submit with this e-Tender the following additional documents:a)The Tenderer shall have a minimum two years of General experience in Supply of Goods / works.b) The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 11.00 [Eleven] Lakh.c) The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.d) The tenderer must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.e) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.f) The tenderer must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.g) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime of contractor and he is liable for it.h) Replacement guarantee 1 (one) year for all goods.i) The Contractor has to supplied all goods new (unused) & intake condition.j) The supplied goods will be accepted after any testing by the PE.k) The contractor has to supply all equipment within the contract period.l) All item should be as per sample and have to fit with existing system without any modification.NB: If the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
