  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer have to submit with this e-Tender the following additional documents:i)The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (three) years of General experience in Supply of Goods / works.ii) The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lakh.iii)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 03 (Lac).iv) The tenderer must have to submit National Identification Card (NID)v) The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN.vi) The tenderer must have to submit BIN/VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.vii) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.viii) The tenderer must have to submit furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.ix) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime of contractor and he is liable for it.x) Replacement guarantee 1 (one) year for all goods.xi) The Contractor has to supplied all goods new (unused) & intake condition.xii) The supplied goods will be accepted after checking/testing by the PE.(if necesary)xiii) The contractor has to supply all goods and related service within the contract period.xiv)...
