Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer Should have the followingsThis Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter, End User certificate/ Work Completion certificate, Specific Experience certificate and Evidence for Liquid Asset Any missing of the above documents will be non responsive. 2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.3. Tenderers must have appropriate license / similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents from the proper authority of Bangladesh. ISO certificate will be highly appreciated.4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar resin and filter media supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.5. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive. Tenderer must submit 1kg/1 L sample in suitable packet/jar/container before 29/04/25 to the office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj. For ultra filter tenderer will submit the liftlet having proper specification.6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences otherwise tender will be nonresponsive.9.
