Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate 2023-24, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter and Evidence for liquid assets.2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.3. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar only cooling tower chemicals supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive. Tenderer must have specific cooling tower chemicals supply experiences in BPDB/ Govt Organization within last 1(one) year otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1000mL sample of each sample before 22/3/2025, 11.00 in office of the cheif chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of similar cooling chemical supply experiences in BPDB within last year2024 otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
