Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 [Five] years.(2) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25,00,000.00 [Taka Twenty Five Lac Only] under 02 [Two] Number of contracts over a period of 05 [Five] years shall be required.(3) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 18,00,000.00 [Taka Eighteen Lac Only] over the last 05 [Five] years.(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000.00 [Taka Twenty Five Lac Only] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.(5) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
