Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : • Local manufacturer who have environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE).• Minimum 5 years of general experience in the manufacturing and supplying of similar goods and related services.• Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate for supply of 400mm dia HDPE Pipe and fittings in single contract amounting Tk. 3.00 crore and shall have installation experience of 300mm dia. or above HDPE pipe line in the last 5 (Five) years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization (Details describes in TDS). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.• Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.• The minimum production capacity of the factory is 100 meter per day of 400mm dia HDPE Pipe.• BUET/RUET test and factory test report has to be submitted with the supplied goods.• Certificate in favor of the manufacturing of HDPE pipe as per ISO 4427:2007 standard, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 is required.• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are noteligible to participate the tender.
