Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : (a) The Tenderer must possess a valid Internet Service Provider (ISP) License issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) authorizing operation of ISP services within Bangladesh.(b) The Tenderer shall have at least 05 (Five) years of specific experience in supplying, installing, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining broadband internet connectivity services of similar capacity and complexity. Supporting documents must include: Work Orders, Contract Agreements, and Completion Certificates.(c) The Tenderer must be capable of: -Delivering dedicated 512 Mbps uncontended bandwidth. Ensuring minimum 98.99% uptime SLA. -Providing redundancy and failover mechanism. Completing installation, testing, and commissioning within the specified timeframe. -Providing 24x 7 technical supports with clearly defined response and restoration time (SLA-based).
