Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:1. Update Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Trade Licens and bank solvency certificate according to Tender Data Sheet. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 5,90,000.00 ( BDTFive Lakh Ninety Thousands only) under single (01) contract over a period of five (03) years shall be required.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6,50,000.00 ( BDT Six lakh Fifty Thousands only) over the last five (05) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,00,000.00 ( BDT Four Lakhs Only)5.The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 6,20,000.00 ( BDT Six Lakhs Twenty Thousands Only)6. End user certificate of similar work signed by PE7. Others criteria according to TDS.
