Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 50,00,000.00 [Fifty lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [one] contract in the last three [3] of years.(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [one] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least BDT 50,00,000.00 [Fifty lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 50,00,000.00 [Fifty lakh only].Special Instruction:(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, Agricutural marketing officer's certificate, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025) etc.(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, Original Manufacturar authorization certificate for Di-Calcium- phosphate, Test Certificate for Crushed Maize(Test From PRTC Lab, CVASU, Chattogram or QC Lab, Savar, DLS or Animal Nutrition Lab, DLS or Lab of Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute is accepeptable) and Original Manufacturar's Test Report(Test result from reknowned abroad lab is acceptable) for Di-Calcium- phosphate, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
