Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer/supplier fulfilling the following criteria are eligible-1. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate, e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate and updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return) for the Assessment Year 2024-25 or later). 2. Tenderer shall submit the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of crude salt or similar Goods of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh Taka) only under maximum 1 contract in the last 3 years.3. The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakh Taka) only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.4. Others requirements as specified in TDS and PCC.
