Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified chemicals at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).3. Bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter ( physical parameter and chemial parameter) that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).The sample of all chemicals has been preserved at PE's office if the bidder want to see sample they can see by their own cost and responsibility .4. For item no:01 to item no:04 the bidder have the capability to select dosing limit with their specified chemicals by their own cost and responsibility .5. For item no:01 to item no:04 the bidder must have manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturing company.6.The bidder have to provide the sample of item no:01 to item no:04 with in 05(five) calender days after opening the tender by their own cost and own responsibility the counting of the days will be start from the next day of opening the tender.7.The bidder have to test their submitted chemicals by their own cost and responsibility as per direction of PE .8. The bidder have to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types of chemicals at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 23 (Twenty three) lakh taka with good technical support within a single contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be started from the publishing date of tender.9.Other conditions have been described at TDS in details.
