Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer should have the followingsThis invitation forTenderers is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade lincences,Latest incume Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency,Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.2. Tenderers shall have the legal to enter into the contract, Under the applicable Law.3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license(IRC)/Genunine chemical production factorys agent documents/Manufacturing authorization Letter of OEM.4. Tenderers must have at least 1(one) similar cooling Tower chemicals supply experience in last 3 (three) years otherwise tender will be non-responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1000ml of each sample before 12-03-2025,14.30 in office of the chief chemist Bibiyana south 400MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable jar/bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in Tender documents otherwise the Tender will be non- responsive.6. Tender must fuifill the requirements of TDS&PCC.7. Tenderer must submit a written commitment that they are commited to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.8. Tenderers must submit item wise enduser certificate of proposed chemicals as a proof of chemical supply experiences otherwise tender will be non-responsive.9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity,as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.
