The tenderer should be a registered firm with a valid and updated trade license; firms having 05 years overall business experience in Hardware supplier/ICT business.2. Must have valid VAT/BIN registration.3. The tenderer must have TIN registration and have to submit tax payment certificate of last year.4. Must have two similar work experience of providing computer accessories of minimum 20 Lakhs within last 03 years in Govt./Semi-govt./autonomous/renouned org etc.5. Must submit experiece in supplying Photocopier machine and have permanent staff for maintenance of Photocopier machine.6. Must be a member of BCS (Bangladesh Computer Somity).7. The tenderer must be ISO certified. 8. Submit a Financial Solvency Certificate/ Line of Credit of at least BDT Tk.20,00,000/ (Twenty Lac) from any scheduled Bank.9. Must have at least one work experience in establishing Data center or support & maintenance work of data center.
