Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of similar goods such as computer equipment, peripherals, or IT-related products to Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations. The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory completion of at least one (01) contract of similar nature, complexity, and value of not less than BDT 8,50,000 (Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand) within the last 03 (three) years. Only contract agreements with Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations shall be accepted.The Tenderer shall possess a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate, and must demonstrate a minimum liquid asset or working capital of BDT 13,00,000.00 (thirteen Lakh) supported by a bank credit commitment certificate issued within 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to tender submission. All offered goods must be brand new, unused, and compliant with the Schedule of Requirements. The Tenderer shall ensure delivery, installation, and testing within the specified period and must be capable of providing on-site after-sales service and warranty support.
