Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up-to-date Trade Licence, Bank Solvency and mentioning requisite liquid assets in current month, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.2. Windows Operating System & all other Application Softwares must be installed in all of the Desktop Computers.3. All Desktop Computers must be installed with registered Windows 10 and the bidder will hand over the Windows 10 CD copies to CUFL authority after testing &commissioning.4. All Desktop Computers must be installed with Testing & Commissioning in CUFL office by the bidder.5. Brand, Model number, Country of Origin must be mentioned in the technical offer.6. Catalogue, Document, Literature must be submitted by the bidder with technical offer in English language.7. Bidder must provide technical support within 24 hours if any problem arises during the warranty period.8. Bidder must be an authorised Agent/Distributor/Importer of the quoted Brand and must submit related documents. The bidder must be a member of Bangladesh Computer Society/Bangladesh Computer Council.9. Successful bidder must supply all quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.10. Warranty Certificate must be submitted by the successful bidder. If any defect found in the supplied items during the warranty period, bidder must repair/replace the items at their own cost.11. After successful completion of order,10% retention money will be kept from the supplier-s bill for the warranty period which will be returned without any interest and90% bill will be paid after receiving Work Completion Certificate from user department and MRR from MPIC/Store section.12. Partial delivery is not allowed.
