Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Any Bangladeshi citizen or firm fulfilling the following conditions is eligible to submit the tender:1. The tenderer must submit an up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Bank Solvency Certificate through the e-GP system.2. The tenderer must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a supplier to any Government, semi-Government, or autonomous office in Bangladesh as of the date of publication of this tender notice in the e-GP system. Work completion certificates in this regard must be submitted.3. The tenderer must have experience of supplying similar goods with a minimum value of Tk. 26 lakh 50 thoushand under a single contract within the last 3 (three) years in any Government, semi-Government, or autonomous office in Bangladesh. Audit Report of last 03 Years must be submitted. Work Order/Notification of Award (NoA) and Work completion certificate in this regard must be submitted.4. The tenderer must have a minimum of Tk. 60.00 lakh in liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), for this tender. Proper documents from the bank must be submitted in this regard.5. The required average annual turnover of the tenderer must be at least Tk. 100.00 lakh only over the last 03 (three) years. Must submit the proper documents from the this regard.6.
