Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : The Tenderer shall have specific experience of successfully completing at least one (01) contract as a prime contractor for supplying manpower to any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh within the last ten (10) years, counting backward from the Tender opening date.In addition, the Tenderer shall have experience in completion of contract of similar nature of an aggregated value of not more than two (02) such contracts shall be at least Tk 100.0 (one hundred point zero) lakh. A single contract with a value of Tk 100.0 (one hundred point zero) lakh or more shall also be considered.Completion/Performance certificate (mentioning nature of works/service performed, contract value etc. for completed contract, nature of works/ service contract value, aggregated certified billed amount under the contract etc. in case of ongoing contract) from End user (any govt./semi govt./ autonomous organization in Bangladesh) are required to be submitted.For the purpose of evaluation, submission of satisfactory performance certificate of on-going contract of similar nature mentioned in specific experience (at least 70% completed in terms of contract period) issued by the End-user (any any govt./semi govt./ autonomous organization in Bangladesh), will be considered as 01 (one) complete contract.
