Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have up-to-dated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate with TIN certificate and Return Slip with Assessment, VAT registration certificate and BIN Registration Certificate2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods/equipment-s and related services in any Government/ Government Research Institute /University /Semi-government/Autonomous organization.3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods/equipment-s of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000 (Forty Lakh) in any Government/ Government Research Institute /University /Semi-government/Autonomous organization.4. Update Import Registration Certificate (IRC) shall be submitted.5. NID and Specimen Signature at Company Letter head Pad of Authorized Person.6. Bank Solvency/ Liquid assets certificate or line of Credit BDT 40,00,000 (Forty Lakh).7. Affidavit of ownership if Proprietorship Company or Certificate of Incorporation in case of Limited Company should be submitted.8. Update Chamber of Commerce License9. Certificate of Non-Bankrupt and Non-Black listed.10. Vendor should submit last two (02) years Audit of the company.11. Vendor ISO 9001:2015 Certificate should be submitted.12.
