  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must submit updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate/ Business Identification Number and TIN certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit Trade license or Certificate of incorporation (as applicable) as per ITT clause 20.1 (h) and 20.1(m),2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. General experience shall be substantiated by years of Tenderer-s registration/constitution/ licensing in its country of origin as per ITT clause 27.1(b); the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of at least 02 ( two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years, each with a minimum of USD 130,000.00 (USD One Hundred Thirty Thousand Only) or equivalent amount; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contacts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad.4.
