Eligibility of Tenderer : a) A satisfactory completion of similar works (IT related Goods Supply/Works/Service Execution) of at least Taka Twenty Five Lac (25,00,000/-) under a single of contract over a period of Last Four (04) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required..b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 6,00,000/-(Six Lac) only.c) Tenderer shall have to submit Authorized Partnership Certificate from the respective Original Cloud Service Provider; or Authorization Letter for this tender from Original Cloud Service Provider.d) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, is solvent, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay Taxes, VAT and must have valid and updated Trade license.Details mentioned in the Tender document.
