  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Attested Copy of the Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with latest Tax pay Certificate & Nationality Certificate Must be submitted with the tender documents.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years. With a value of at least TK 25.00 Lac Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets I.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer will be Tk 37.00 Lac. The issue date of bank Certificate/ Statement/Bank Guarantee must be within the last 03 Months. Date counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP.5. Bidder must be actual manufacturer of cloth/fabrics. Proper documents as a manufacturer of cloth/fabrics must be submitted with tender proposal.6. A piece of sample must be submitted in every items at personnel department before the Tender closing. If required, Authority can see The sample of the Cloth which is kept in Personnel Department of BIWTC.7. Other terms and condition specified in the STD.
