Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year.2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services, supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in providing physical service of cleaning in any government (govt/semi-govt/autonomous) organization completed over a period of last 03 (three) years with a minimum total value of BDT 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) only, under maximum 03 (three) number of contracts shall be required.Tenderer shall submit Verifiable End User Certificate (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the specific experience clearly mentioning the contract value, description of the specific Service, contract date and completion date.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh taka only).5. The tenderer must furnish all the documents required in ITT clause 14 (j).
