Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer has to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:a) Valid Tin Certificate, Updated Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate, and Trade License as Chemical supplier. b) Tenderer has to submit confirmatory documents of a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization/IPP/Process Plants. (i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)c) Tenderer has to submit End User Certificate (from Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization/IPP/Process Plants) of the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals at least 2 (two) contract with a minimum value 20,000,000 tk within last five years.(d) Tenderer has to submit confirmatory documents of Supply and/or Production capacity of Goods (Capacity must be equal or greater than offered amount.)(e) Tenderer must have Genuine Chemical Production Factory's authorized agent documents/ Manufacturer Authorization.(f) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 25,00,000.00(g) Tenderers have to submit a 1 kg sample (of each items) before opening the tender.(h) Tenderer has to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supplying goods at the point of delivery at their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fails to meet the quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
