Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified:1. Tenderer submit up to date Trade license, up to date Income tax return, valid TIN Certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, authorization letter of signing and communicating person, NID of authorized person.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods as supplier shall be 03(three) years.3. Tenderer should have specific experience as in supply of goods (Chemicals) of at least 02 (Two) contract successfully completed within the last 2 (two) years, with a value of at least Tk 06 (Six) Lac .4. Tenderer Should submit Similar Chemical Supply Experience certificate.5. Minimum amount of liquid assests i.e working capital or Credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT 09 (Nine) Lac.6. Tenderer submit Bank solvency with mentioning the Account Name, Number and Account balance.7. Tenderer submit Authorization letter of signing and communicating person for ACC Plus, Part Number 698704 (According to OEM Manual).8. Tenderer submit Manufacturing Authorized Letter. for ACC Plus, Part Number 698704 (According to OEM Manual) also with the following documents- i) PDS (Product Data Sheet )& SDS(SAFETY DATASHEET). ii) COA(Certificate of Analysis). iii) COO (Certificate of Origin). iv) OEM (Origin Equipment maker). v) Packing List. vi) Bill of Lading
