  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Experience Criteriaa) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Chemical Reagent and X-Ray Flim shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with should be submitted prove the authenticity any govt hospital (NOA, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Certification-s).(b)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods Chemical Reagent and X-Ray Flim 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, at which 01 (One) year with a value of minimum Tk.31,38,000/- (Thirty One Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand only). i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with should be submitted prove the authenticity any govt hospital (NOA, Contract Agreement, Work order & satisfactory Certification-s).(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 48,00,000/- (Taka Forty Eight Lakh).
