Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(a) Earnest money in the form of Bank Draft/Pay-Order.(b) Trade license updated for 2023-24.(c) Income Tax certificate & Tax Paid Certificate in 2023-24.(d) 13 Digit BIN Certificate.(e) Original Bank solvency certificate & Bank Statement or Line of Credit PG3-8 format.(f) Experience certificate with work order copy.(g) Successful completion certificate of submitted work order as specific value as per ITT 14.1(b)(h) Update Import registration certificate.(i) Manufacturer authorization is required for country agent & suppliers in PG3-6 format.(j) The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures scan Copy.(k) The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturer's nameand country of origin.(l) Membership certificate of chamber of commerce and industries of any other register commerce organization with mentioning of registration number on their own letterhead pad.(m) Bio-data of the qualified maintenance service person & team.(n) ISO/CE/FDA/EC/JIS certificate for the main machines where applicable.(o) Company profile.(p) User list with details address & contract number/mobile number for each Item.(q) The tenderer must be provided information letter head pad regarding-(i) The availability of after sales service facilities in Bangladesh.(ii) The availability of spare parts for the supplied equipment.(iii) Certificate of Servicing from original importer/manufacturer in his official letterhead pad.(r) Tenderer must be provided fill up PG3-1, PG3-2, PG34A, PG3-5, Bidder authorization letter.
