Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) For Manufacturer (API Class ‘G- Cement and Cement Additives)i) Manufacturer must have valid API & ISO relevant certificate.ii) Manufacturer have overall 10 years- experience of manufacturing of Cement (Class G, Spec-10A) and Cement Additives.iii) Manufacturer must have 07 (Seven) Years- specific Experience in Manufacturing Oil Well API Class ‘G- Cement and Cement Additives and provide proven sales record to IOC company-s other than the Manufacture-s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 02 end-user certificate.iv) An original printed catalogue of the manufacturer containing detail technical information (PDS & MSDS Sheet for each Chemical) on the quoted item should be submitted. Test/Chemical Analysis report for offered Cement and Cement Additives must be mentioned in Product Data Sheet (PDS).(b) For Supplieri) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacture.
