Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer should have the folowings This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.1. Tenderer should have valid up to dated Trade licenses for chemical supply, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.2. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genuine chemical production factorys agent documents.3. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Caustic soda supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.4.Tenderers must be submitted a lab test certificate to the office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj of the given sample of Caustic soda from well known institute like as Buet, BSTI, BCSIR before tender opening otherwise tender will be non-responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1L each sample before 29/12/2025; 5.0 PM in office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle/packet to fulfil the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.6. After supplying the goods, the winning contractor must submit the laboratory test certificate of the supplied items from institutions such as as Buet, BSTI, BCSIR before R&I.
