Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer should have the followingsThis Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.1. Tenderer should have valid up to dated Trade licenses for chemical supply, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/ genuine chemical production factory-s agent documents.4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Caustic soda supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1L each sample before 14/1/2024, 11.30 in office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request10. Tenderer must fill up the technical specification section with details, in no circumostances the following type written words will not be acceptable and if remain any then the tender will be non responsive without any concern, ie "as per tender/ Attached/ Do/ the same/ whatever PE wants/ Attached file" etc.11. Tenderer are requested to submitt only relavent documents.
