Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer shall have valid and updated C&F License Issued by authority of Chattogram Sea Port, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Mongla Sea Port and Benapole Land Port of Bangladesh.2) The Tenderer shall have minimum of three(3) years of overall experience as C&F agent.3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing service as a C&F agent under Government Owned Power Plant(s) of at least One (1) contract successfully completed over a period of three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 85,00,000/- (Taka Eighty-Five Lakh only).4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75,00,000/- (Taka Seventy-Five Lakh only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.5) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000 (Seventy Lakh Taka) over the last 3 (Three) financial years. 6) The Tenderer should have valid Trade license, Financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Procurement Policy of Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC,e-GP Guideline and PPR-2025.
