Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Any motor vehicle manufacturer or authorized local agent who can fulfill the following criteria can participate in this tender.2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 three years, with a value of at least Tk. 37.00 lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Completion certificate issued only by any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organization will acceptable.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 37,00,000.00. Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission.5. Up to date Trade License, Tax Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate (with eBIN).6. Tender Submission letter & Tender Information form must be submitted on prescribe format.7. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: (a) Original Product Brochure, (b) Manufacturer Authorization Letter (c) List of local servicing agent.8.
