Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.2. The Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods (Bed sheets and pillow covers) under maximum two (02) contract shall be provided by the tenderer in the last three (03) years from Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization with a value of BDT 10.00 (Ten) Lac i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice.3. Tenderer should submit manufacturer authorization.4. Updated Trade license5. VAT or online BIN certificate6. TIN certificate7. The bidder should submitt bank solvency certificate. 8. Fabric must be performing anti-bacterial & Flame -retardant test (ISO20743:2021 & BSEN 14878:2007), certificate or test report must be attached.9. Country of Origin if Natural Fiber: Brazil, India or equivalent.10. The bidder shall submit a sample bed sheet and pillow cover in a sealed envelope to the PE office by postal or courier services by May 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Physically submitted samples in person are not allowed; otherwise, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
