If found any difficulties/fault or any malfunction with these then supplier must replace the same at their own cost, risk & responsibilities within following ten days.Supplier must provide In House Training & on job training of the whole system.Manufacturer Brochure/Catalog must be supplied along with the offer. Supplied model should be clearly marked on Brochure/Catalog.Must Provide Authorization Letter form Original Equipment Manufacturer/Authorized distributor for Item no 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 12 & 14.Item No 1, 2, 3 & 4 should be same brand. Item No 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 should be same brand.Bidder must visit site before Tender Submission at own cost. Appointment should be taken from user before the site visit.
