Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As per CPT, Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with help of online database system-TDMS.2. Qualification information & evidence: a) Enlisted e-GP Suppliers b) Supplier should submit similar goods user list c) The CV of Technical person d) NID of firm owner e) Availability of the minimum amtount of liquid asset/credit is Tk 190 (One hundred & Ninety) Lac of total amt from a Bank or auditor-s report f) Tenderer should submit with additional updated doc): i) Import licemce (IRC) ii) Current Year Trade Licence iii) VAT reg & TIN certificate iv) Bank solvency certificate vi) Price of complete set of Equipment with accessories should be mentioned combinedly on prescribed schedule3. The tenderer must have min 5 years of general experience in supply of lab equipment/similar goods. The Specific Experience of the tenderer is satisfactory completion of supplying min 3 sets of Equipment with min Tk 170 (One hundred & Seventy) Lac of total amt contracts under single work order within 5 years & attached LC/Invoice doc with tender4. Manufacturer-s authorization letter, Tech spec, Brand name, Instal & Maint. Manual are required with tender doc for listed items. Country of origin, shipment & manufacturing country should be the same. Local third-party authorization is not allowed.5. ISO/Calibration Certificate should supply with tender doc to assure Quality. Also, all docs will be checked by visiting the manufacturer-s website/via email6. Warranty from date of acceptance & commissioning at lab must be 2 years & min 3 years- service after warranty.
