Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Three) years of General experience in contracting IBM PRODUCTS maintenance.2) The bidder must have support partnership/service level agreement (SLA) with the manufacturer for all the active product/devices of IBM PRODUCTS.3) The bidder shall possess its own office in Dhaka.4) The bidder must have at least 02 (Two) IBM certified system engineer and must have at least 02 (Two) years working experience of IBM PRODUCTS.(Detail in TDS)
