Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.a) A minimum general Works Supply of Goods, Flat Panel Displays or Smart Board/Supply of Computers/UPS, equipment, & Other supply Works experience of 03 years.b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods(Supply of Flat Panel Displays or Smart Board/Supply of Computers/UPS) of at least [02] contract(s) completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [24.00 lac].c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka of 55,00,000.00 is required.e) All other criteria stated in the TDS.3. All Tenderers should submit the full name of their firm.4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.6. Minimum Capacity will be Taka [55,00,000.00].7. A tenderer must submit the VAT, IT, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency, etc papers along with the tender documents.8. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the University Authority (Showing reasons or without Showing reasons).9. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this work.
