Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid EU-CE / US-FDA/JIS Certificate of the offered item must be submitted with the offer.2. List of Service Centre/showroom facilities in Bangladesh.3. The Authorization Dealer/Assembling Organization / Supplier agent must be in the business of similar Goods at least 10(ten) years from the date of Bid opening.4. Catalogue/Brochure of the items to be submitted with the tender and Brand name & Model number should be mentioned with the Specifications respectably.5. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) / purchase order(s) / contract agreement(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of related Goods within last 5 (five) years.6. Copies of audited financial statements for the last one Fiscal Year;7. Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association/Valid Trade License / Manufacturing License.8. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;9. Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN Number;10. Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted relevant goods.11. An affidavit confirming the legal capacity stating that there are no existing orders of any judicial court (Notarized).12. Confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, not temporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized)13. Anticorruption confirming that the tenderer is not involved in any sort of corruption, fraudulent, collusive, coercive and obstructive practices by any means as set out and defined in the WB Anti-Corruption Guidelines.14. Sample must be submitted for each item within closing date and time
