Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Need to develop software through renowned software development language.2. Software should be developed using MySQL/Oracle Database as a database.3. The work has to be done using API (Application Programming Interface).4. Integartion with intellectual property software IPAS (Industrial Property Automation Software) - Version 3.1.1/4.0 or supplied by DPDT using API.5. Customized reports need to be prepared as per the requirements of DPDT.6. e-Challan/a-Challan Integration should be done with each form.7. Email and SMS integration should be done with each form.8. Need to submit a certificate of experience with the software development at any intellectual property (IP) office in the world.9. Need to submit a copy of the updated Trade License.10. Copy of Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate must be submitted.11. Copy of National ID or Passport of Authorized Person (First 2 pages of Passport) must be submitted.12. One copy of Authorized Person photo must be submitted.13. After completing the activities, the compiled source code has to be handed over to the DPDT authority.14. Software should be developed by preparing the form with the data of the form provided by the DPDT.15. During the Software Development, some of the forms or information may be changed/expanded as per the rules/regulations of the department or as per the requirements of the department, it has to be added / subtracted by the company.Software Development16. Authorities may at any time issue an order canceling the contract without giving any reason.17. Must have experience in software development in any organization of Bangladesh government.18.
