Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. Software should be developed using Renowned Software Development language.02. Software should be developed using MySQL / Oracle Database as a database.03. Work should be done using API (Application Programming Interface).04. Must be integrated with intellectual property software IPAS (Industrial Property Automation Software) using API.05. Customized reports need to be generated as per DPDT's requirements.06. E-invoice must be integrated with each form.07. Email and SMS Integration is required to reply with each form.08. Must have to submit an experience certificate in Software Development using intellectual property in Intellectual Property office of any country in the world.09. Must have to submit a copy of the updated Trade License.10. Copy of Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate must be submitted.11. Copy of National ID or Passport of Authorized Person (First 2 pages of Passport) must be submitted.12. One copy of Authorized Person-s photo must be submitted.13. After completing the activities, the compiled source code has to be handed over to the DPDT authority.14. Software should be developed by preparing the form with the data provided by Department of Patent, Design and Trademarks (DPDT).15. During the Software Development, some of the forms or information may be changed / augmented as per the rules / regulations of the department or as per the requirements of the department, it has to be added / subtracted by the company.16.
