Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :1. Up To Date Trade license.2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.3. VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID.5. Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.6. 1 (One) year warranty certificate mentioned that the supplied, Installed and commissioned items will run one year uninterruptedly. If found any difficulties/fault or any malfunction with these then bidder must replace the same at their own cost, risk and responsibility within the following 10 days.7. The bidder must submit 2 (Two) end use certificate that they have successfully supplied related goods not less than taka 30 (thirty) lac and install and commissioning successfully in the last two years in the end user's letterhead pads where end user's details communicating address along with email and mobile number shall be mentioned.8. The bidder must visit factory site Polash, Narsingdi before tender submission at their own cost and responsibility where IP Phone will be installed and submit a document that they have checked all necessary information. Appointment must be made before visiting the site. 9. Necessary Solution architecture/Single line diagram shall be submitted along with the offer.10. Technical Datasheet shall be provided along with the offer.11. The bidder must submit a self-declaration on his letter head pad that they will conduct full-fledged classroom training and on job training at factory site during installation and commissioning.
