Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS. This is to inform all concerned that this tender is under Dhaka Sanitation Improvement Project, where development partners of this project are World Bank & AIIB. So it is mandatory to submit a form called ACG (Anti-Corruption Guidelines) as per Procurement Guidelines of the development partners along with the tender which will be an integral part of e-PG2 STD. All concerned are requested to collect this form from the PE office and must be submited the filled-up form at the time of tender submission.
