Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Bidder must submit 1 set sample of 250 mm Air Vent Pipe before tender submission to the Executive Engineer (MI), BADC, Faridpur Region, Faridpur. The sample must be completed according to drawing & design. The sample will be considered during evaluation. The copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.Only Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of related goods and services will be eligible for the tender.The satisfactory completion of supply specific goods of uPVC Air Vent Pipe of minimum 9000000.00 (Ninety Lakh) taka under the single contract in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 9000000.00 (Ninety Lakh) . The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 9000000.00 (Ninety Lakh) for at least in a single day not before date 07-11-2021. ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems in respect of manufacturing of uPVC Pipe.Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.Valid & updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
