Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must have to submit updated Trade License, VAT registration certificate, NID, authorization certificate, TIN and Income Tax payment certificate along with tax paid receipt.Tenderer should have minimum amount of 14 Lakh liquid assets.The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) / purchase order(s) / contract agreement(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of similar goods within last 5 (five) years.Tenderer must submit minimum 12 (Twelve) months warranty certificate of offered items.The Tenderer/ Bidder shall mention the Brand, Model, Country of manufactured or assembled of proposed condensing fan unit.Tenderers must submit required documents from manufacturer / importer of supplied items mentioning manufacturer's name, new and genuineness of the supplied items.Tenderer will submit full technical catalog (colored & printed) that describe each and every parameter of specification(s) for goods tendered.Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have internationally recognized up to date certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001.The Tenderer/ Bidder shall mention the Brand, Model, Country of manufactured or assembled of proposed condensing fan unit.
