Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Detailed Technical Specification with mention Manufacturers name, model no., Brand name, country of origin / Manufacturing Country and Port of Shipment.Country of Origin (COO) Certificate, Bill of Entry and Bill of Lading must be submitted along with goods for all items. The tenderer must submit a manufacturing confirmation certificate from manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor of Manufacturer/ Channel Partner of Manufacturer in terms of the goods strictly confirming to the quality and quantity stipulated and a manufacturer test report from the manufacturer with the detailed address at the time of material delivery. Owner will verify if necessary.At least 2 (Two) proven certificate or end user certificates must be submitted with their letter head pad where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address by the Tenderer from Fertilizer Factory, Petrochemical Industries or Power Plant confirming the supply of Instrument Related goods.Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer/Chanel Partner/Authorized Distributor must be supplied at the time of material delivery Only Bona-fide and well established parties are entitled to attend the Tender.Test Report should be submitted with every phase.
