Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up To Date Trade license.2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.3. VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID.5. Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.6. The satisfactory completion of supply of Aluminum Sulfate (Alum) in any government Organization of minimum Tk 50,00,000.00 ( Fifty Lakh) under maximum 2(Two) contracts in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System7. Analytical report & Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of Aluminium Sulphate (Alum) by the manufacturer should be provided.8. Manufacturer or their authorized representative / Distributor will be entitted to participate in the tender.9.If the tenderer is not a manufacturer letter of authorization of a reputed manufacturer wii be required. Otherwise the tender will be considered as non-responsive.10.Part delivery and part payment will be allowed.( Partial payment can be made for partial supply. In that case after succesfully completion of delivery of minimum 200 M.T Aluminum Sulfate (Alum),partial bill will be entertained.
