Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :1. Up To Date Trade license.2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.3. VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID.5. The bidder shall have to submit pair of Cotton Hand Gloves, Canvas Hand Gloves, Rubber Hand Gloves and Leather Hand Gloves for item Sl. No. 06,07,08 & 09 as per sample along with the offer to the use dipartment6. The bidder shall have to submit one square feet sample of PTFE Sheet (Teflon) Non-Asbestos Sheet and Neoprene Rubber Sheet for item Sl. No. 22,25 & 28 along with the offer to the use dipartment7. The bidder shall have to submit one can/box of Molly coat, one can of Rust Cleaner/WD-40, one can of Gasket Stripper. One box of Devon-ST, tube of Automotive RTV Gasket Sealant and one can of capaltite for item Sl. No. 17,18,20,21,31 & 32 as per sample along with the offer. Otherwise offer will be treated cancelled.8. samples submitted by succesful bidder shall have to be approved by the GPFPLC users authorized engineer before supply the whole consignment.9. All other commercial terms and conditions of tender enquiry should be followed by bidder.10. Incomplete offer shall be rejeated directly.
