Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01 Bidder must be submitted authorization letter from manufacturer containing address and e-mail ID that mentioned in their website along with the offer and also Tender ID must be mention in Authorization latter.02. Bidder must be submitted Manufacturer product catalogue with data sheet in English language containing dimensional drawing along with the offer.03.Brand name and country of origin & manufacturing country must be mentioned for individual item along with the offer.04.Bidder must be submitted manufacturer valid ISO (Quality management) certificate along with the offer.05.Quality will be checked using QR/ Bar code by manufacturer apps, so old and refurbished bearing not accepted.06.Bidder must be submitted bearing Genuity certificate from manufacturer when supply the goods including items number and quality. ( If necessary GPFPLC will verify the letter.)07.Preferred brand: SKF/NSK/FAG/NTN/JTEKT (KOYO) and preferred country of origin : G-7 & EU countries.08. Bidder must be submitted data sheet of individual bearing number and specification for each item along with the offer.09. Each sample must be approved before bulk supply.10. Incase of equivalent bearing number, bidder must submit confirmation letter from manufacturer along with the offer.
