Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Up to date Trade Licence, Income Tax Certificate & Bank Solvency CertificateVAT Registration CertificateManufacturer-s Authorization Letter Manufacturer-s Certificate of Analysis including Name & Designation of the Chemist & issued within 15 days from the Tender Date. Must be supplied in various installments as needed.Must be supplied in the supplier's own cylinders. The supplier shall, at its own cost and resposibility collect and transport back the same number of cylinders as and when they become empty.In case of any inconvenience in connecting the cylinders to the current system of the factory, the supplier must provide tubes/couplings at their own expense.The payment will be based on the net weight of liquid chlorine gas.In the event of any accident during the transportation of liquid chlorine, the full responsibility will rest with the supplier.Sufficient bags of lime must be kept as a safety measure during cylinder transportation.Each cylinder must be tested by hydro test as per regulations before being filled with liquid chlorine. The relevant report must be provided to CUFL if necessary.Partially or fully filled chlorine cylinders that are unusable due to valve defects must be returned.
